Terms & Conditions
This page is maintained to answer common questions about ticketing, attendance, and conduct for Beyond the Breakthrough Retreat. The information below is a draft template and should be reviewed by the event organizer before being treated as final legal terms.
1. Event details
Beyond the Breakthrough Retreat — Money Moves takes place August 21–23, 2026 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The schedule, venue, and featured speakers are subject to change. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered attendees as soon as possible.
2. Tickets & eligibility
Tickets are available through the official Stan store links on this website. All ticket sales are final once the transaction is complete. Attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Ticket purchases are limited to personal use and may not be resold for a profit without written permission from the organizer.
3. Refund & transfer policy
All ticket purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request a one-time transfer of your ticket to another attendee no later than 14 days before the event start date. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to gillardenterprisesllc@gmail.com and are subject to approval. No transfers will be processed within 14 days of the event.
4. Event changes & cancellations
The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, venue, speakers, or format as needed. In the unlikely event of a full cancellation, attendees will be notified by email and offered a credit toward a future event or a refund at the organizer's discretion.
5. Photography & media
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for event documentation, promotional, and commercial purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photos or video, please notify a member of the event team on arrival.
6. Conduct & participation
All attendees, speakers, and staff are expected to participate respectfully. The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior disrupts the experience of others, without refund.
7. Limitation of liability
Attendance is at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or other incidents occurring during travel to, from, or during the event. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance for any flights or accommodations booked independently.
